Starting operations in January 2022, we have the privilege of regenerating what was once part of the former Coranderrk, where Woiwurrung, Bunurong and Taungurong people lived, farmed, and resisted colonising oppression. We’re working from soil health upward to caretake and regenerate this historic acreage.
Mountain Pepper is formidable stuff
A culinary spice and traditional medicine, Mountain Pepper (or Tasmanian Pepperberry) is indigenous to Tasmania and Victoria. Used in local gins and cured meats, it contains powerful antimicrobial agents, making it a prized skin care botanical and the subject of a mounting body of medical research.
